Community Information and Referral Services operates CONTACS, a 24-hour English/Spanish bilingual hotline handling over 4000 calls every month. We connect people in crisis with domestic violence and homeless shelters throughout Maricopa County.
CONTACS Specialists answer calls 24 hours a day every day. After a few questions concerning their situation, callers are connected to an appropriate emergency, transitional, or domestic violence shelter with available beds.
