Free Childhood Immunizations in Arizona

Each Arizona county's health department has a childhood immunization program. Please follow the links below and check with your county for more information.

While the best place to get your child immunized is through your child's doctor or health plan, those without insurance are welcome to get vaccinated free at any of the following clinics without an appointment.

The Maricopa County Childhood Immunization Partnership (MCCHIP) offers FREE childhood immunizations for children age 18 and under living in Maricopa County in cooperation with various organizations.

Before going to any childhood immunization clinic, please review the following:

• Bring your child and your child's immunization record to the program. If the record is lost, you may obtain replacement records from your child's last school, last doctor, or any health department that may have administered previous immunizations.
• If your child's school has sent home a letter regarding immunizations, bring that to the clinic.
• You are not required to bring any other documentation including birth certificates, although bringing your child's Social Security number is helpful.
• Arrive early! Anyone arriving at any clinic in the last hour may not be seen depending upon the number of people in line.
• If you select a clinic in a mall, check with the information booth at that mall to find out where the clinic is.
