Seasonal Flu Shots - Scottsdale Healthcare

Eligibility: Open to the general public age 14 and over including pregnant women and nursing mothers. Parental consent needed for patients ages 14-18.
Cost: $25 for seasonal flu shots, $45 for pneumonia shots (cash, check, credit card, debit card)
No copay with Medicare Part B, but you must present your card for coverage.
Availability: While supplies last
